Over the years we have used several different Garage Door contractors which some were good, some weren't. When we find a good one we keep them. We found a GREAT one with Collin Overhead Door. Collin & Kalil from Overhead Door are the real deal! When it comes to garage door replacement, they are the ones you want. They're fast, friendly, and they know exactly what they're doing. From the moment they arrived at my house, I could tell I was in good hands. They didn't just replace my garage door, they went above and beyond. They took the time to show me how to maintain my door properly and explained the importance of oiling the hinges and spring on a monthly basis. It's these little details that set them apart from the rest. Their expertise and attention to detail are truly impressive. But it's not just about the quality of their work. TL;DR No need to keep looking for the right garage door company to call to fix whatever issue you're having - this is the one. We had never worked with a garage door company before ours fell mostly off the track last week (😱) so we weren't sure what to expect, but we decided to reach out to Collin after reading the great Google reviews. Even though this happened in the evening he responded immediately and offered to come that night to help, but we opted for the next morning instead due to our schedules. He arrived timely, gave several options (Good, Better, Best), and, from my research, his prices were very fair. He was even able to get the garage door closed before he left so we wouldn't have to worry about squirrels getting into the garage until the new door could be ordered and installed. Paying the deposit and remainder was a very transparent process, too. He sent a reminder the day before the install and communicated statuses at every step. And the install couldn't have gone smoother; I think the whole process took about an hour and a half, with perfect results. Both Collin and Kalil were extremely professional and accomodating. They even made a follow-up trip to our house to drop off a special part I decided to add to the door after it was installed that I couldn't find anywhere else (he was able to get it through his distributor). Amazing. This is the only company I will call in the future with garage door issues because I can't even imagine a better company existing.

Always on time & returns messages. Collin does great install work. The only installer I will use for garage doors.

Collin was very helpful in getting our garage door fixed fast and efficiently. I let him know the issue over the phone and he quickly was able to diagnose that. I highly recommend his services in the future.

On time and great experience all around. Installed new opener, set up both remotes, installed the app on my Apple phone and made sure everything was to my satisfaction before he left. Would recommend to anyone.
